South Bay Family Outdoor Newborn Photography - Los Angeles Baby Photographer

I absolutely LOVE outdoor newborn and baby photography sessions. I started doing them about 1.5 years ago and fell in love! This was one of the most beautiful fresh 48 sessions. We did the fresh 48 session at the local Kaiser in the South Bay of Los Angeles. Los Angeles & South Bay Maternity Photographer

I absolutely loved this maternity session we did in the Pasadena area of Los Angeles. We first started at my beautiful client's home with a natural maternity lifestyle session. Her home had the most beautiful light that really made this session dreamy. 

We then ended our maternity session at the beautiful Arlington Gardens in Pasadena. It's a small garden and requires a $100 permit to shoot there, but gosh it really is beautiful. I love that we got both a light and airy feel with the home lifestyle maternity session and then a more romantic moody feel with the outdoor session.

This family's friend contacted me to buy a gift certificate package to gift this family a hospital photo session. How sweet is that! Besides birth photography, hospital fresh 48 photo sessions are my favorite! There are so real and so organic and I don't think there's anything more special to look back at than to document the first couple days of your baby's life. I met this little guy when he was barely 24 hours old. I actually arrived at Torrance Memorial right when he had turned exactly 24 hours old, so it was really neat to document that. Look at this sweetheart! Photographed her at her place of birth, just barely 2 days old and so darn cute! I absolutely love doing these "fresh 48" sessions. It's more of a documentary style newborn session done at the baby's place of birth, within 48 hours of them being born. It captures all the first little details of their young lives.
